6/15 Arrived from Los Angeles, this is my 2nd trip to Taiwan 2017.
From the airport to Taipei；
六月第二次從洛杉磯到台灣，二件行李，禁止機場推車進入，下到月台有困難...

6/27 from Kunming，China to Taipei，much improvements；
從昆明回到台灣，見證到載客量增加，並有諸多明顯改進，繼續加油...

Smooth ride, as only one small luggage；很順利，因為只有一件小行李...

7/4 again returning to L.A. Smooth passport and luggage check-in；
護照和行李手續非常順利。載客量幾近客滿，有許多外來旅客...

Suggestions 建議事項：
1）桃園和台北售票窗口只有一個，外來旅客和年長者必須排隊購票，或持證件購
買敬老票，請多設窗口，必須縮短排隊時間，不致枉費“捷”字之含意。
2）入境旅客大部份至少有二件行李，手推車禁止進入機捷區，不方便，工作人員
解釋：“上面交代”，誰是上面？旅客才是頭家！
3）台北A1入口沒有行李推車，雖然距離很短，但別忘了，那是旅客的基本權益！
愈多改進，愈有更多人使用，因為方便、快捷、減少高速公路流量，等等。
