二天前妻子就提醒我今天5/27要去父母親安息的地方，今早我還是忘了，再度提醒...

真的不知為何她總記得，我總忘！Don't know why my wife always remembers！！

She knows how to arrange the flowers, and I don't！她會插花，我就是不會！
 
Memorial Day在五月的最後星期一，記念為國犧牲的軍人，墓園會在這個季節全面
整理修剪，然後根據記錄，在每一位軍人的墓前，插一支小國旗...

我們也記念父母畢生的辛勞...
 

 


父親留給我的是正直，母親留給我的是節儉；他們二人共同留給我的教訓是勤勞...
 
5/29是Memorial Day；5/30（陰曆的五月初五），是端午節，二者很難得如此接近。

Dragon Boat Festival falls on the 5th day of the 5th lunar month,
therefore, these two special days rarely come this close！

粽子是端午節的必吃，二者有多密切關連？給個人思考空間。只記得小學初中時期，
端午節前是一年之中，僅有合法溪邊玩水的日子，溪邊兩側有竹林，帶著剪刀和籃子
去挑長又寬的竹葉讓母親包粽子，那種香氣恐怕是今天找不著的，那日子也不再現。

粽子Zongzi：Using leaves, preferably bamboo leaves, wraping sticky rice
with stuffing of marinated meat (or out of your imagination),tie it up
individually,boil for two hours (depends on the size). Good luck.
