羡慕如鷹展翅上騰嗎？別忘了先要等候。觀察牠們：有時等待上昇熱氣流，順勢而上；
卻有時牠們不向上，反而收合雙翅向下俯衝，趁風力展翅膀，就毫不費力，愈飛愈高。
聖經以賽亞書40:31「...等候耶和華的，必重新得力，他們必如鷹展翅上騰，他們奔跑
卻不困倦，行走卻不疲乏。」以此激勵人，所以有奔跑、行走...
"Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on the
